Delivery Policy

5.1 What BagyesRUSH delivers
BagyesRUSH connects customers and parcel senders with participating vendors and dispatch riders across Ghana, subject to service-area availability. The Platform may support food orders, groceries or other vendor products, and parcel delivery. A service is available only where the relevant vendor, rider, route, payment method, and operating conditions support it.
5.2 How a food order works
A customer selects a participating vendor and items, confirms the delivery details and charges, and submits the order. The vendor may accept or reject it. If accepted, the vendor prepares and packages the order, a rider may be assigned, the rider collects it, and the order is delivered to the stated location. The Platform may provide status updates and tracking, but tracking is an estimate and may not update continuously.
The vendor controls preparation time, product availability, ingredients, and packaging. BagyesRUSH or the rider controls dispatch and delivery activities within the applicable arrangement. Delays may occur because of preparation, traffic, weather, address problems, high demand, payment issues, safety concerns, or events outside reasonable control.
5.3 Delivery estimates and fees
The estimated delivery time and charges shown before confirmation are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delivery fees may depend on distance, demand, time, service type, vehicle, location, weather, and other operational factors. Any applicable taxes, service charges, tips, or surcharges should be disclosed before confirmation. Our services are reachable within all areas in Ghana.
5.4 Delivery instructions and handoff
Customers and senders must provide an accurate address, working phone number, access instructions, recipient name, and safe handoff location. They must respond to calls or messages and ensure that the recipient can lawfully receive the order or parcel.
A delivery may be completed by handoff, secure placement at an authorized location, confirmation by an authorized recipient, one-time code, photograph, signature, or another method shown in the Platform. A rider must not enter a private property or building where doing so would be unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized.
If the customer or recipient is unavailable, the rider may attempt to contact them, wait for the applicable period (currently 4 minutes), and follow the Platform’s return, cancellation, or disposal instruction.
5.5 Food quality, packaging, and safety
Vendors must prepare food in compliance with applicable food-safety requirements and must use packaging suitable for the journey. Customers should check the package at handoff and promptly report missing, damaged, incorrect, or unsafe items under the Refund Policy. Customers should inform vendors of allergies before ordering, but BagyesRUSH cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless the vendor expressly provides that assurance.
Temperature, texture, appearance, and freshness may change during transit. Customers should follow the vendor’s storage and consumption instructions and should not consume food that appears unsafe.
5.6 Parcel requirements and prohibited items
The sender must accurately describe the parcel, its value where requested, its dimensions or weight where relevant, and any handling requirements. The sender must package it securely and must not conceal its contents.
Unless BagyesRUSH expressly approves an item in writing, prohibited items include illegal drugs and controlled substances; weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials; stolen goods; live animals; human remains; cash or negotiable instruments; counterfeit goods; hazardous biological materials; perishable or temperature-sensitive items not accepted through the relevant service; and any item whose carriage is unlawful or unsafe.
BagyesRUSH, a vendor, or a rider may refuse, inspect where lawfully permitted, suspend, or report a parcel if there is a safety, legality, security, or accurate-description concern. A sender may be responsible for loss, damage, fines, seizure, or third-party claims caused by prohibited or misdeclared contents.
5.7 Loss, damage, and declared value
A sender must retain proof of value and packaging. Claims for loss or damage should be made promptly, normally within the same day following the expected delivery date and time, with the order number, photographs, description of contents, proof of value, and any other requested evidence. BagyesRUSH is only a service provider and will not be held responsible for, or pay, fines or claims caused by a dispatch rider — such claims are paid through the rider’s insurance.
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
5.8 Cash and mobile money
The Platform does not support cash on delivery (COD). Only mobile-money payments through supported providers are accepted. Customers must pay the amount displayed or otherwise confirmed. Riders must not demand an unauthorized amount, retain a payment beyond the transaction, or request payment credentials. Customers must not reverse a valid payment dishonestly.
5.9 Safety, emergencies, and weather
A rider may delay, reroute, or decline a delivery where conditions are unsafe or unlawful. BagyesRUSH may pause service during severe weather, civil disturbance, road closure, public-health risk, technical failure, or another emergency. Safety decisions may affect delivery estimates and refund eligibility; BagyesRUSH will provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
5.10 Contact and issue reporting
For an active order, use the order chat or support function where available. For a complaint, refund request, damaged parcel, missing item, safety concern, or delivery dispute, contact Info@bagyesrushdelivery.com or WhatsApp 0549760079 and provide the order number and relevant evidence. Emergency situations should be reported to the appropriate emergency service first.
